Ministry of Healthcare: for the first time we define the balance of interests in organ donation

The draft law on Donation of organs has been brought by the Ministry of Healthcare to the government. The State Duma may adopt it in autumn session. How ethics and civil responsibility, efficiency and thoroughness, the bitterness of loss and hope of life intersect in one issue, told Assistant Healthcare Minister Lyalya Gabbasova in an interview with RIA Novosti.
