“Russian Journal of Transplantology and Artificial Organs” is a scientific and practical journal which publishes original, review and problem articles in the field of transplantation, artificial and bioartificial organs, regenerative medicine and cell technology.

Federal Research Center of Transplantology and Artificial Organs named after academician V.I. Shumakov is the largest scientific and practical institution that conducts basic and applied research in the field of transplantation and artificial organs.

The priority areas of research of the Center are studying the biological and clinical aspects of organ, tissue and cell transplantation and developing the ways to prolong graft function in the recipient.
